This study is aimed at musicians with some knowledge of harmony and who have already mastered the technique of the instrument, but who are looking for a new dimension in improvisation and interpretation, thus presenting the harmonica from a new perspective.

This text was written especially for composers, arrangers, conductors,

teachers, instrumentalists and musicians unfamiliar with the harmonica, in

intended to demonstrate some of its main characteristics.

A reflection on the use of the philosophical concept of Gestalt in music.
